You will serve as a TECHNICAL SPECIALIST (APM, Risk Mgmt Information System) in the NAVAL APPLICATIONS AND BUSINESS SERVICES of PEO MLB SOLUTIONS. The salary range shown above represents all of the positions within the pay band, including higher responsibility positions. Based on the responsibilities of this position (Tier 3), the total adjusted salary may be capped equivalent to GS 14 at either $152,459 or $171,267 (Adjusted Pay).

Duties

You will develop comprehensive program plans and strategies, monitor and control execution for RMI program, enabling effective and efficient execution of the program and ensuring fulfillment of cost, schedule, and performance objectives. You will develop Program Objective Memorandum (POM) submissions to support the accomplishment of customer, resource sponsor, and organizational goals and objectives. You will facilitate cost-effective management of Information Technology (IT) business systems to meet established goals and objectives. You will develop spend plans for line(s) of business enabling effective and efficient execution of the program to satisfy Navy and OSD fiscal benchmarks. You will develop Memorandums of Agreement (MOAs), Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs), and other documents as needed to document decisions, agreements, and clarifications with other organizations.

• This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
• You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the DP-03 (GS-13) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Managing the cost, schedule, performance, and programmatic matters related to the management of a Risk Management Information program.
