What are we looking for?: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in human resources or a related field appropriate to the work of position AND four years of knowledge and experience in any combination or all of the following human resources functional areas: employee relations, staffing/recruitment, wage/classification, employee development, labor relations, employee benefits.OR an appropriate combination of education and substantial human resources experience that demonstrates possession of knowledge and skill equivalent to that gained in the above.OR substantial human resources experience that demonstrates that the applicant has acquired the knowledge, skills, and abilities equivalent to that gained in the above.One year supervisory experience required.Knowledge of NAF human resources policies and procedures preferred.NOTE:  This position may be designated as a non-critical sensitive position; therefore, must be able to successfully obtain and maintain a Tier 3, Secret Clearance level background check.
