Qualifications

What are we looking for? Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in human resources or a related field appropriate to the work of position AND four years of specialized experience to oversee a large employee development/training program for a customer service-oriented organization that demonstrates knowledge and skill to plan, administer, and evaluate a wide range of training for a diverse group of employees, in a variety of job families, and at various levels of responsibility, OR an appropriate combination of education and substantial employee development/training experience that demonstrates possession of knowledge and skill equivalent to that gained in the above, OR substantial employee development/training experience that demonstrates that the applicant has acquired the knowledge, skills, and abilities equivalent to that gained in the above. Must have the ability to supervise and/or lead employees in the accomplishment of work. Skill to conduct needs assessments to analyze, evaluate and identify training needs, and training plans. Experience in development of tracks of training that compliment overall human resources goals to attract, retain and develop employees to achieve organizational goals and objectives. Knowledge of Marine Corps NAF policies and procedures preferred.
