This position is in the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center, 1300 Pennsylvania Ave., NW., Washington, DC, in the Office of Security, Counterterrorism and Information Security Division (SEC/CTIS), at the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID).

Duties

Perform Counterintelligence (CI) functional services and conduct Insider Threat (InT) inquiries. Supervise and manage personnel and day to day operations of the CI, Insider Threat and Mis/Dis/Mal (MDM) information cells. Conducting all-source research and analysis to identify and inform stakeholders on foreign intelligence threats. Present findings in oral and written communications. Represent the agency at CI/InT working groups. Developing training materials and conduct CI/InT/MDM awareness training for agency personnel. Maintain liaison with US Intelligence and Law Enforcement Communities to exchange information and coordinate analytic efforts. Serves as a primary agency technical authority regarding the regulatory impact on sensitive or rapidly evolving programs.6 (MAX)

Qualifications
