Qualifications
MILITARY GRADES: E5 through E7
COMPATIBLE MILITARY ASSIGNMENTS: 89B, 89A, 92Y
The policy to have a compatible MOS/AFSC has been suspended. When reinstated, you will have one year to meet the qualifications of this position or meet the requirements in the guidance set by NGB.
GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Experience, education, or training which has provided the applicant with a general knowledge of one or more aspects of the supply field. Work involves management, direction or administration of a supply program that includes a mixture of technical supply functions or staff managerial or administrative work primarily concerned with analyzing, developing, evaluating, or promoting improvements in the policies, plans, methods, procedures, systems, or techniques of a supply program. Experience using computer and automation systems.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Must have at least 24 months experience, education, or training analyzing, developing, evaluating to improve supply programs, policies, procedures, techniques, etc. Experience involving the control of supply stocks and accounting for equipment. Knowledge of supply functions, cataloging, maintenance, and disposal procedures. Experience in cost estimates, budgets, or funding management. Experience conducting extensive searches for required information; reconstruct records for complex supply transactions; and/or provide supply operations support. Experience requiring person-to-person contacts to convey information and ability to compile reports, letters, memoranda, etc. Knowledge to perform analytical assignments involving a specific issue associated with supply management or operations, or to study and recommend solutions for a segment of a broad study involving several issues or problems. This may involve such areas of concern as existing policy, work procedures, work methods, data integrity, or coordination requirements in a supply program; and may involve elements of other organizations such as contracting and procurement, data processing, accounting, or those receiving supply support. Must have at least 12 months specialized equivalent experience to the next lower grade level

The Human Resources Officer (HRO) is the final approval for all ETP waivers. If approved, the memorandum will be returned to you and then submitted with your application.
