Duties
Use various functions of software types such as calendars, electronic mail, spreadsheets, or graphics to produce a variety of documents.
Uses a wide variety of computer applications and/or systems to accomplish work.
Performs a variety of receptionist, clerical, and administrative functions.
Receives, maintains, produces, reviews and formats Management of manual or electronic publications, review and periodic updates of
Command instructions.
Receives requests for informative material/reports concerning publication management function/activities which can be assembled from records and files.

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: One year of specialized experience which includes one year of specialized experience which includes documented experience which demonstrates 1) developing and/or maintaining documents, reports, and/or correspondence using advanced office automation software (e.g. word, excel, PowerPoint, publisher); 2) conducting production and destruction ofinstructional publications; 3) utilizing instructional forms, style format, legal and statutory requirements; 4) organizing and structuring monthly executive meetings.

Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-05).
