This position is part of the National Archives and Records Administration. The incumbent will provide a full range of training and development services to NPRC management and employees. The incumbent will also provide training and development services to NPRC business partners and support NARA-wide training initiatives.

Qualifications

You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement. Specialized Experience: For the GS-12, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes: Experience designing, developing, and delivering training course modules; AND Leading a team in both technical and non-technical duties; AND Evaluating training results and providing recommendations.
