Qualifications
We are looking for at least one year of specialized experience related to this position as described below:
To qualify for the GS-13 level, you need to have at least one year of full-time experience equivalent to the GS-12 level defined as experience performing a wide range of contract related duties in the areas of contract development, award, administration, oversight, and execution, including Contract Officer Representative (COR) expertise across multiple contract types.
Your answers to the online assessment will be used to evaluate your competencies in the following areas:
Knowledge of contract policies, procedures, and regulations within the FAR.
Ability to performing pre-award contract functions such as market research, sole-source justifications, independent government cost estimates (IGCE), Performance Work Statement (PWS) development.
Ability to performing post-award contract functions such as evaluating and documenting contractor performance, approve contract deliverables and invoices, maintain working contract file, SLA acceptance, and CPAR appraisals.
Skill in analyzing, monitoring, and reporting contractor performance and implementing corrective actions.
Ability to budget formulation, execution and oversight.
Ability to analyzing financial performance, cost data, and historical burn rates to ensure accurate planning and execution.
Skill in oral communication and collaboration.
Ability to establish, develop, and maintain effective working relationships to enable contract to operate efficiently and effectively.
