As an Assistant Director for Litigation, you will:
Qualifications
You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement:
You must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the NB-VI band level or GS-14 grade level in the Federal service. Examples of specialized experience for this position include:
Experience providing leadership or supervision to other attorneys or staff members (e.g. informal, formal or ad-hoc); and
Experience with litigation and/or trial proceedings, particularly in cases tried before an administrative judge or federal court, related to administrative procedures and federal or state banking laws; and
Experience overseeing discovery (including depositions and written discovery), presenting arguments and conducting contested hearings (including the examination of witnesses) in federal court and/or before administrative agencies.
AND
Must be an active member of the bar of a State, U.S. commonwealth, U.S. territory, or the District of Columbia.
The experience may have been gained in the public sector, private sector, or through volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis.

Education
You must have graduated with a J.D. or an LL.M. degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
