The Maintenance Supervisor position is in the General Properties Section of the Facilities Engineering Service located at the Coatesville VA Medical Center.

Duties

Duties Includes: Reviews and analyzes records and reports of work production, costs, and equipment. Evaluates the performance of subordinate leader and employees. Performs scheduling and layout of operations, and inspection and surveillance of materials, methods, and equipment used in construction. Establishes construction standards for new or unusual projects. Plan the use of workers, equipment, facilities, and materials on a week-to weekor month-to-month basis. Planning, tracking and reporting progress on work assignments.
