As a Program Support Specialist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of duties and functions involving the general duties, security coordination, and time & attendance, in support of the office mission.Location of position: Public Building Services, Office of Design and Construction, Washington DC

Duties
Conducts and executes complete studies and investigations assigned, which will assist in the preparation, development, execution, and evaluation of various business development plans and initiatives.
Identifying and developing solutions to broad and important management/business problems for which previous studies and established management techniques are inadequate.

The GS-12 salary range starts at $99,200 per year.If you are a new federal employee, your starting salary will likely be set at the Step 1 of the grade for which you are selected. Specialized experience is experience analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness and efficiency of programs to improve business operations and processes. This experience must include the preparation, development, execution, and evaluation of various business development plans and initiatives.
Education
Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted.
