You will serve as a Supervisory Financial Management Analyst in the Budget Analysis Division of MARINE CORPS AIR STATION YUMA. Duties

You will perform or advise on work in any of the phases or systems of budget administration. You will analyze and recommend costs and benefits of alternative methods of financial management of organization’s programs and administrative operations. You will implement legal and regulatory controls over approved budgets. You will plan work, set priorities and schedules work as necessary to assure effective and expeditious accomplishment of priority work without adverse affect on regular and recurring work. You will assign work to subordinates based on employee’s capabilities, priorities and difficulty. You will provide technical and administrative oversight, advice and instruction.

• This is a Financial Management Level III certified position per the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) 2012, Section 1599d. You must achieve this level within prescribed timelines. Certification requirements are in DoD Instruction 1300.26.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: performing complex administrative, technical, and professional financial services using financial management systems and data analysis software to direct the planning, programming, budgeting, and execution of an installation budget and supervise employees in the accomplishment of these duties.
