Duties

Performs duties associated with administration of the full range of property management as the Command appointed and fully accountable Installation Property Book Officer (IPBO) for a Logistics Readiness Center (LRC) and/or tenant activities. Develops and establishes policies and procedures for operations in accordance with regulations, directives and issuances from higher headquarters. Provide technical guidance to supply operations. Serves as the Installation Property Book Officer with responsibility for overall management, direction, control and supervision of the Installation Property Book Office. This position requires incumbent to complete a one-year supervisory probationary period if not already served.

OR Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) beyond the second year (total graduate semester hours minus 36) by 18.
