The Division of Enforcement (DOE), Whistleblower Office (WBO) performs intake, tracking and recordkeeping of whistleblower submissions; oversee the review process of each whistleblower's eligibility; manages the process for award claims and report to the Commission and Congress on the whistleblower program.
Duties
This position is located in the Whistleblower Office (WBO) within the Division of Enforcement. The WBO handles and process whistleblower submissions, communicates with whistleblowers (current and potential) and their representatives, trains Commission staff regarding how to handle whistleblower matters, administers the whistleblower award claims process, educates the public about the program, and reports periodically to the Commission and Congress about the program.

Qualifications
TO QUALIFY AT THE CT-11 LEVEL
Candidates must possess a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree; OR
Three (3) full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree; OR
One (1) year of specialized experience at the CT/GS-09 grade level or equivalent; OR
A combination of graduate level education and specialized experience that together meet the qualification requirements of this position.
Specialized experience may be defined as:
Experience developing and managing a system for maintaining a wide range of office records and files, and keeping the electronic data updated as a routine administrative function.
Experience in performing a variety of administrative support and automated tasks to include: receiving and screening emails and visitors to the office, receiving and reviewing all incoming correspondence and preparing replies to general inquiries and routine actions.
Experience in reviewing proofreading, and editing documents for completeness and accuracy in accordance with administrative policies and guidelines.
