Duties
Primary analyst for requests to prepare readiness status reports submitted to the assigned supply chain.
Researches, determines support status, identifies issues, and makes action recommendations relating to items which are managed by assigned supply chain.
Responsible for a wide range of logistics support functions to assist the Directors of Customer and Supplier Operations personnel.
Plans, designs, and conducts comprehensive analytical studies of assigned. supply chain activities.
Conducts independent analysis and investigation of issues impacting the supply chain.
Analyzes supply chain key performance indicators and other performance measures to identify negative trends and strengthen supply chain customer support.
Recommends corrective actions, solutions, and alternatives to restore acceptable levels of support.

Qualifications
To qualify for a Supply Chain Point of Contact, your resume and supporting documentation must support:
Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position and is directly in or related to this position. To qualify at the GS-12 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military, or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-in-grade (General Schedule (GS) positions only), time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement. Creditable specialized experience includes:
Provide supply management, acquisition, and logistical support function such as cataloging, provisioning, order fulfillment, supply and demand planning, procurement, transportation, storage, and distribution in order to provide logistical assistance to the customer facing activities.
Apply analytical and evaluative methods and techniques to issues or studies concerning the efficiency and effectiveness of supply chain operations.
Recommend process integration projects to improve support and reduce cost and logistics response time.
Apply acquisition and inventory policies, procedures, and automated business processes.
Ability to analyze data sources, processes and data detailing customer behavior and performance relative to the behavior.

Education
