This position is located in the System Operations Services Unit (AJR). AJR establishes standards and procedures covering air traffic flow management and airspace management to support the safe, secure, and efficient use of navigable airspace; develops organizational operations; security policy and procedures; establishes strategies, plans and management methods to support operational requirements (current and future) and national flight services operations.

Duties

Performs multiple, varying, and complex assignments under the minimal direction of a more experienced professional.

Requirements

  • US Citizenship is required.
  • Selective Service Registration is required for males born after 12/31/1959.
  • Must submit an SF50 (See Required Documents)

Qualifications

Candidates must have one year (52 weeks) of SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE equivalent to at least the next lower grade level (FV-H or FG/GS-12) that is typically related to the line of work of the position to be filled and which has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been at least equivalent to the next lower level in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization.Specialized Experience at the next lower level GS-12/FV-H:-Experience applying knowledge of customer strategy, employee engagement, and methods to facilitate the development of written products that articulate and explain programs and policies.-Experience using desktop and automated programs such as Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Power Point, Word, and Visio, to apply a consistent set of style, grammar, and punctuation practices to reports and documents.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------You should include relevant examples of the specialized experience in your work history.
