The Director, Office of Safety and Operations Research and Development (R&D) serves as a member of the FHWA’s Turner-Fairbank Highway Research Center’s leadership team and is responsible for providing executive vision, leadership, and direction to the development and pursuance of R&D programs and activities as it relates to highway safety and operations.

Qualifications
