About the Position: This position is located with the: US Army Corps of Engineers, Sacramento District, Programs and Project Management Division in Sacramento, CA.

Duties
Serve as the full Deputy to the Sacramento District’s Chief, Programs and Project Management Division (PPMD) and Deputy District Engineer.
Ensure consistency and continuity of program management policies and procedures for all of the assigned programs and projects.
Represent the PPMD Chief in overall program discussions and decisions.
Ensure sponsor satisfaction by providing a quality product consistent with direction of higher authority, laws, regulations and policies.
Apply a wealth of engineering and/or scientific knowledge to appropriately consider the relationship of project development and accomplishment to various technical issues, including climatic, site and seismic conditions.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- This position requires you to submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report (OGE450) upon entry, and annually thereafter.
- In accordance with AR 690-11, this position has been designated as "Key" and shall not be vacated during a national emergency or mobilization.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes working with project management business processes and tools of projects and programs including Military Construction, Interagency and International Services (MILCON/IIS) or civil works.
