Duties
You will have senior business authority, expert consultant and advisor for overall mgmt. and admin. of information systems infrastructure, logistics IT investment strategies, and logistics infrastructure improvement initiatives
You will exercise a detailed knowledge of the logistics transformation strategy, financial auditability requirements, and other IT programs and policies across the Department, representing official Navy positions in senior level forums.
You will coordinate and seek remedial actions for problematic issues, consulting his/her supervisor only in broad policy and resources questions, and in matters of significant controversy affecting program objectives.
You will perform a primary function of coordinating and monitoring integration of business modernization efforts and information infrastructure implementation.

Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-13) or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector administrative management and technical support duties which may include budget preparation, fund management, resource allocation, drafting technical documents, designing and conducting comprehensive reviews. Examples of specialized experience may include most of all of the following: 1) Developing and coordinating IT modernization initiatives; 2) Implementing common IT infrastructure and technical data systems capabilities; 3) ability to establish regular contact with high-level internal and external resources and have periodic contacts with other offices, supplying or seeking information on specialized and non-specialized matters; use of tact when expressing ideas or opinions to senior leaders, customers, contractors, and other stakeholders; 4) Knowledge of project management with proven ability to plan, organize, and coordinate IT requirements and priorities.
