The Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) Directorate for Mission Integration (MI) creates a consistent and holistic view of intelligence from collection to analysis and serves as the Director of National Intelligence's (DNI) principal advisor on all aspects of intelligence. MI integrates mission capabilities, informs enterprise resource and policy decisions, and ensures the delivery of timely, objective, accurate, and relevant intelligence.
Duties
Lead IC integration efforts in support of the Unifying Intelligence Strategy for the Near East.
Lead NIM-NE's efforts to scope intelligence sharing relationship with Israel.
Develop strong professional networks, working across the IC and in support of policy makers.
Assess mission strengths and weaknesses and participate in efforts to build capacity to fill mission critical gaps.
Lead policy support efforts, working closely with stakeholders across the IC.
Support counterparts on tactical coordination issues for effective implementation flagship collaboration initiatives.
Support and recommend ranking and prioritizing of competing requirements for additional capabilities through a transparent and accountable methodology.
Support briefings to senior IC officials and other major stakeholders.
Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements:
Substantive expertise on Israel and/or Egypt issues.
Ability to produce talking points for senior ODNI participation in policy meetings and/or Congressional testimony.
Ability to anticipate issues relevant to the IC and United States Government and recommend/implement needed actions.
Analytical and critical thinking skills, including the ability to think strategically, identify needs and requirements, develop recommendations, and evaluate outcomes against goals and objectives.
Ability to design and implement integration strategies for IC initiatives and programs, including the demonstrated ability to manage human, financial, and information resources.
Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills, including the demonstrated ability to think strategically, identify needs and requirements, develop recommendations, and evaluate outcomes against goals and objectives.
Ability to manage strategic and tactical level topics and develop innovative recommendations and solutions for improvement.
Demonstrated interpersonal skills and superior ability to work effectively in both independent and in a team or collaborative environment.
Demonstrated oral and written communication skills, including demonstrated ability to draft and edit written reports of varying length and complexity, and to communicate effectively with audiences of varying seniority and expertise.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience as determined by mission specialty area.
