Duties
You will be engaged in planning, development, procurement, testing, integration, installation, utilization, modification, management, troubleshooting, and maintenance of SIPRNET and NIPRNET network services to support the installation.
You will perform all functions involved in the long-range and short-range planning for the delivery of network services throughout the region by developing project Plans of Action and Milestone.
You will provide direction, guidance, and develop policy for local telecommunication network and system operating units, centers, or network control facilities.
You will develop a variety of correspondence, e.g. command orders, directives, standard operating procedures, etc.
You will promote safety, cost reduction, incentive awards, and suggestion program, conduct position management reviews and management analysis to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of operations.

- This position is considered Key/Emergency-Essential. You will be required to provide immediate and continuing support to ensure the success of combat operations or the availability of combat-essential systems.
Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: attention to detail including completing work independently, accurately even in tight deadlines and quick turn around periods; reviews work completed by others. Problem solving complex or sensitive problems by developing and proposing strategic alternatives; identifying possible conflicts and shared benefits; helping team anticipate problems and identifying and evaluating potential sources of information; providing feedback and coaching to others to help solve problems; engaging others when developing solutions in order to understand and incorporate multiple perspectives and needs. Expresses information (for example, ideas or facts) to individuals or groups effectively, taking into account the audience and nature of the information. Works with customers to assess their needs, provides information or assistance.
