You will serve as an Administrative Support Assistant in the Supply Office of NAV RECRUITING DISTRICT MICHIGAN.
Duties
You will prepare centralized purchase requests for specific, clearly defined supply items, equipment and services.
You will assist with the administration and training of all assigned military and civilian members regarding travel orders.
You will maintain accurate and up to date facilities records for all maintenance and sustainment actions loaded into the Recruiting Facilities Management Information System (RFMIS).
You will Prepares correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and other documents as needed for leadership decision-making.
Requirements

- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Preparing purchase requests for supply requisitions in compliance with procurement rules, regulations, and policies; 2.) Utilizing the Government Travel Card Program and Defense Travel System (DTS) for travel approval, voucher submission and reconciliation, and account monitoring to provide travel support; and 3) Utilizing Microsoft programs and other automated systems to preparing correspondence, reports, and other documents for office administrative support and 4.) Maintaining accurate facilities records for all maintenance reports.
