Duties
Serves as the Supervisor and Program Integrator of the Troop Support Nuclear Enterprise Support Office (NESO) overseeing and ensuring successful accomplishment of Division functions.
As the Supervisory Weapons Systems Program Manager, incumbent serves as the DLA Troop Support central contact point for all matters concerning weapon system programs.
Serves as an official demand chain technical authority for Nuclear Enterprise program development, implementation and consistent application throughout the affiliated DoD Nuclear Enterprise customer base.
Provide Nuclear Enterprise (NE) customer support functions with a strong focus of providing weapon system logistics support functions for assigned weapon system platforms.
Coordinate and negotiate among the NESO, Air Force and Navy teams throughout the Enterprise in order to deliver a coordinated and comprehensive DLA approach to NESO customer support.
Supervises a team of Weapon System Program Managers and Tailored Vendor Logistics Specialists, ensuring the successful accomplishment of the overall order fulfillment transactional workload.
Analyzes complex performance data and targeted outcome results achieved and performance trends relative to performance objectives and improvement plans.

Qualifications
To qualify for a Supervisory Weapons Systems Program Manager - GS-0301-13, your resume and supporting documentation must support:
Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the position to be filled. To qualify at the GS-13 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-in-grade (General Schedule (GS) positions only), time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement. Creditable specialized experience includes:
Reviewing Nuclear Enterprise Weapon System Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics;
Analyzing complex performance data, targeted outcome results achieved, and performance trends;
Identify and plan initiatives and programs to enhance customer satisfaction;
Developing and coordinating recommendations for improving processes, procedures, policies, and system capabilities;
Reviewing action plans for operational improvement;
Managing the development and implementation of solutions to restore acceptable levels of support.

Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.
