You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST for IMMEDIATE OFC OF CHIEF OF NVL OPS.
Duties
You will perform in-depth analyses to produce effective religious programming across the Chaplain Corps.
You will provide predictive analysis to advise leaders in the language of analytical research regarding the impact of institutional religious ministry in the sea services.
You will research and analyze historical and legacy systems data to produce trend analysis of Chaplain Corps religious ministry to identify potential areas of religious ministry improvement.
You will interact with the Professional Navy Chaplaincy (PNC) Executive Board to develop and communicate the strategic vision for data collection, analysis, and reporting.
You will provide training on data refinement and reporting to unit leaders.
You will design innovative digital platforms to connect with service members to strengthen spiritual readiness.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate performing duties such as the following: 1) Using qualitative and quantitative techniques for analyzing and measuring the effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of administrative and technical programs; 2) Applying knowledge of data programs such as Tableau and Microsoft BI and no code/low code cloud based applications; 3) Possessing a strong ability in Python, R, Matlab, or their successors to utilize or teach the analytical capabilities of Microsoft Excel; and 4) Using information technology (IT) for analysis, records storage and management, and development of graphics for Flag level briefs.
