As a Supervisory Realty Specialist, you will be responsible for real estate disposal and utilization functions. You will also be responsible for organizing and directing the work of the branch to accomplish assigned functions.Location of position: Public Buildings Service, Real Property Disposition Division, Boston Operations Branch (1PZB)We are currently filling one vacancy, but additional vacancies may be filled as needed.
Duties
This position has job functions that must be executed within a specific geographic location. The official duty station is a federal facility, leased space, or an alternative worksite (typically the employee’s home). Positions include routine telework arrangements that are geographically specific to: Boston, MA. The duty station will be located within the geographic area described. The incumbent will be expected to report to a Regional Office Building (ROB) in Boston, at least 2x per pay period.
Requirements
- US Citizenship or National (Residents of American Samoa and Swains Island)
- Meet all eligibility criteria within 30 days of the closing date
- Meet time-in-grade within 30 days of the closing date, if applicable
- Register with the Selective Service if you are a male born after 12/31/1959
- Must have a valid Driver's License

The GS-14 salary range starts at $138,046 per year. To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level or higher in the Federal service.
Specialized experience is experience related to the management of programs for the utilization and disposal of real property. Such experience must demonstrate level of experience equivalent to conducting real property asset utilization reviews and developing real property disposal strategies.
