The incumbent serves as the Electronics Technician (Coordinator) for all ATCF project
activities related to onsite installation/construction. Serves as principle technical expert providing project
installation/construction expertise in the preparation of the Project Work Plan.
Duties
Plans, schedules, identifies required resources and coordinates execution of the installation/construction activities across multiple installations Centers. Performs work of broad scope and complexity applying technical experience and comprehensive technical knowledge and an understanding of new technologies and methods, and FAA policies and programs to accomplish assignments. Reviews design installation/construction documents for constructability concerns (i.e. from the perspective of an installation/construction contractor or Engineering Services Field Engineer/Technician).

- Selective Service Registration is required for males born after 12/31/1959.
- Must submit an SF50 (See Required Documents)
- Supervisor's Endorsement is required. Not required if ingrade/downgrade.
- Certification /Recertification of a Moderate Risk Clearance (Pos Sen 5) is required.

Qualifications
To qualify for this position, applicants must meet the requirements stated below:Specialized Experience: Applicants must provide a resume which demonstrates and/or show that you possess the specialized work experience in your work history. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. The specialized experience demonstrates an extensive knowledge of and experience in technology system interrelationships, and management of civilian or military automated aviation, navigation and electronics systems.Applicants must show experience at the level of difficulty and responsibility appropriate to the position. Generally, experience at the next lower level (pay band H/career level III or equivalent), meets the minimum qualification requirements.Specialized Experience at the next lower level, FV-H:- Experience with the replacement, calibration, quality assurance, disposition of electronic test equipment.- Experience coordinating the replacement of test equipment.DEMONSTRATED ABILITIES:You MUST provide a NARRATIVE statement for each Demonstrated Ability.
