You will serve as a ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT SPECIALIST in the COMMAND/ADMIN PROGRAM ADMINISTRATION DIVISION of NAVAL SUPPORT ACTIVITY MONTEREY.
Duties
You will direct military and civilian personnel (e.g., professional, technical, administrative, support staff) through the establishment of goals, objectives, or work priorities.
You will Advise personnel on training and education solutions.
You will allocate resources to manage and align business operations in support of short or long-range plans.
You will develop and compile written training policies and directives for immersive training resources.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-07) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector demonstrating the following: 1) Assists the Admin Officer to determine the support requirements of the various departments and develops processes to accomplish the administrative tasks as well as developing measurement data for these functions; 2) Assist the Administrative Officer in managing the human resources essential to the direction and operation of the organization; 3) Incumbent will assist in the planning of the organizational structure and will advise management on a wide range of proposals, policies, and procedures which influence manpower and position management; 4) Incumbent will assist with providing advice in areas of personnel management, including classification, staffing, performance management, awards, and career development. Incumbent will act as a Command Pay and Personnel Administrator (CPPA). NOTE: This information must be supported in your resume to be considered for the position.
