Location of position: General Services Administration, Public Buildings Service, National Capital Region, Office of Real Estate Delivery, Washington, DCWe are currently filling three vacancies, but additional vacancies may be filled as needed.
Duties
This position is in the Office of Real Estate Delivery, which is responsible for managing the region's federally owned and leased real estate portfolio. As a Client Planning Manager, you will:

If you are a new federal employee, your starting salary will likely be set at the Step 1 of the grade for which you are selected.
To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-07 level or higher in the Federal service. Specialized experience is assisting senior portfolio managers with strategic account management. Assistant duties include identifying, planning, implementing and managing client service strategies and solutions. This experience should also include:
Understanding ill-structured space problems through critical and creative thinking;
Applying project management principles to routine duty assignments;
Conducting research and analysis to support strategic initiatives;
Facilitating customer relationships.
OR
A master's or equivalent graduate degree
OR
2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree;
OR
An LL.B. or J.D., if related
