GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Must have experience in the following: Using of computers and automation systems Interpreting process and principles of management Developing, analyzing, and evaluating all administrative and technical issues SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Must have 24 months of specialized experience in the following: Analyzing and interpret policies and the procedures Presenting and discuss complex matters in a clear and convincing manner Communicating with people from various backgrounds and circumstances Knowledge of the National Guard organizational structures, functions, procedures, and techniques
