Duties

Evaluate supply operations to develop changes in internal procedures and processes to meet workload demand. Provide direction and guidance to technicians, serviced offices, and management. Review inventory reports for approval. Serve as technical facilities representative for the planning and coordination of maintenance, construction, modification, repair projects, including equipment installation. Identify property management problems and directs appropriate corrective action. Investigate and determine compliance with property management inventory and program requirements. Establish deadlines and priority based on the workflow, difficulty of the work, and capabilities of employees.

Requirements

• Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
• This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment. A background investigation and credit check are required.
• This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of 5% of the time.
