You will serve as a HOUSING MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT in the US Marine Corps (USMC) of MARINE CORPS BASE QUANTICO.
Duties
You will plan, organize, and perform work required to ensure proper customer service and compliance with appropriate mandates of the Housing Program.
You will receive a variety of assignments usually related to Public Private Venture (PPV) liaison, maintenance, and termination activities.
You will receive and process complaints and related investigations concerning residents to leadership.
You will process requests for permanent and temporary quarters.
You will conduct joint tenant-management walk throughs of quarters to evaluate the cleanliness, maintenance, and habitability of the unit, furnishings, equipment and facilities.
Requirements

- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
- You may be required to work other than normal duty hours, which may include evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
- You may be required to work overtime.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: directing, onsite management, and administration, including planning, developing, scheduling, implementing and overall technical oversight of the installation Family Housing Services.
