Duties

This position is located on the Participant Management and Analysis Team, under the Insights and Data Solutions Division, and reports directly to the Vice President/Insights and Data Solutions. The Insights and Data Solutions Division is responsible for directing a program that involves advising on, planning, developing, and evaluating vital business intelligence, artificial intelligence, visual analytics, and multi-domain participant data management program and policy initiatives related to EXIM's loan, loan guarantee, and insurance programs for EXIM. At the full performance level, duties include, but are not limited to: Manages and supervises subordinate team of researchers, data analysts and subject matter experts in executing critical functions such as using and leveraging advanced business credit risk management software, performing complex corporate acquisition and merger analysis, systems change requests, and data/reporting gap analysis. Expands EXIM's master data management capabilities to build greater flexibilities and efficiencies in the core process used to manage, centralize, organize, categorize, localize, synchronize and enrich master data according to the business rules of the marketing and operational strategies of the agency. Works with external data providers and interface with research, or data analyst professionals in organizations to extract relevant data for program marketing decision-making. Develops strategic and operational plans to enhance EXIM's data management capabilities requiring end-to-end business critical master data solutions covering front-end user interfaces, automation and cleansing tools, and scripts at the backend.

Qualifications

Specialized Experience (Credit for Specialized Experience on resume must reflect 40 hours/Full-time per week for each period of work): GS-14: You must have one (1) year of specialized experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the GS-13 level in the Federal Government. Specialized experience includes: Experience providing direction, coordination, and/or oversight of the work of others, including planning, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing technical guidance and feedback; Experience developing, defining, and/or executing the data collection strategy for reporting on loan, guarantee, and insurance programs, and advising on best practices in the collection, extraction, and transformation of data; and Experience managing, developing, defining, and/or executing master data management processes used to manage, centralize, organize, categorize, localize, synchronize and enrich master data according to the operational needs of an agency including gathering and defining of initial requirements through coding, testing, implementation, production support, and end-user training. Education cannot be substituted for experience at the GS-14 grade level.
