As a Supervisory National Bank Examiner/Bank Examiner (Supervisory Systems Strategy and Resource Allocation Program Manager (SSARA), you will coordinate and implement risk-based strategy and resource allocation guidance based on portfolio-wide risk assessment; develop and report supervisory metrics/trends; propose alternate solutions; and act as liaison with MCBS and other offices.

Duties
As a Supervisory National Bank Examiner/Bank Examiner (Supervisory Systems Strategy and Resource Allocation Program Manager (SSARA), you will:
Advise on supervisory strategy formulation, implementation and resource prioritization and allocation processes.
Coordinate and oversee resource deployment processes and communications, considers staffing and resource needs, and oversees special projects affecting institution portfolios, OCC policies and operations.
Plan and conduct strategy development and resource allocation activities and resolves problems or issues across business lines, disciplinary boundaries and staff development programs.
Monitor and analyze supervisory strategy development and resource tiering, prioritization and allocation progress; develops response from new strategic priorities or staffing changes.
Communicate business unit priorities; provides guidance on programs, operations and timeframes.
Oversee development/delivery of training/ reference materials related to supervisory strategy, resource allocation and examination systems.
Provide written guidance and recommendations on supervision processes and programs.
Monitor supervisory strategy guidance/ processes for consistency with LBS/MCBS priorities. Identify emerging examination/ supervisory issues and develop recommendations or alternatives for resolution.
Develop innovative supervisory approaches, guidance and processes to address new issues impacting supervision business units.
Create, foster and maintain a collaborative environment within their team across organizational boundaries conducive to the free flow of information and development of strong working relationship.
Qualifications
You must meet the following requirements within 30 calendar days after the closing date of this announcement:
You must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the NB-V band level. Examples of specialized experience for this position include:
Serving as an advisor or consultant to senior management on supervisory strategy formulation and implementation and resource prioritization and allocation processes across supervision portfolios.
Experience may have been gained in the public sector, private sector, or through volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis.
