About the Position: Incumbent will serve as a staff analyst to plan, develop, and monitor implementation of plans, policies, procedures, and guidance for Garrison to assist with productivity, quality management, and organization improvements, for Plans, Analysis and Integration Office Management, Fort Bliss Texas

Duties

Plan and advise on implementation of new ideas, procedures, processes, methods or approaches of substantial scope, difficulty and complexity in areas of productivity, quality management and continuous improvement initiatives. Insure strategic planning evaluation/assessments adequately and effectively address and measure key customer and operational requirements for on-going process improvements. Represent the garrison in meetings with staff officials. Develop and manage customer feedback initiatives and systems to document and evaluate results of productivity and quality management programs and installation improvement activities.
