General Experience Must have the following experience(s): Making repairs or assisting with repairs Removing, adjusting, or replacing defective or worn parts Specialized Experience: Must have 18 months of the following experience(s): Training on diagnosing, repairing, overhauling, and modifying more complex vehicles, equipment, and more complicated systems Using diagnostic equipment Applying independent judgment in determining methods and techniques required to solve unusually complex maintenance and repair problems Testing, inspecting, and evaluating the work performed on heavy mobile vehicles, equipment and systems
