You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM MANAGER within the LITTORAL COMBAT SHIP TRAINING FACIITY PACIFIC (LTF PAC), Learning Center Detachment of the SURFACE COMBAT SYSTEMS TRAINING COMMAND (SCSTC).
Duties
You will direct, develop, and approve plans and resources for project teams or groups in accomplishing command missions.
You will be responsible for the planning and execution of all operational, administrative, and technical functions of the Littoral Training Facility (LTF).
You will supervise aspects of training processes within LTF, including administrative- policies and procedures, instructional methods and techniques, and adeqµacy and utilization of training· aids and devices, facilities, personnel and equipment.
You will direct and coordinate the planning, development, assignments and implementation of LTF training device programs and management.
You will consolidate and prepare operating budgets.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Applying knowledge of Littoral Combat Ship operations to qualify and train personnel in accordance with program methodologies and processes; 2) Managing military training simulator systems to include electronics, hardware and software; 3) Adjusting training operations to meet operational commitments and changing program requirements; and 4) Planning and administering a training program to ensure resources (e.g., facilities, personnel, equipment) are managed effectively within established budgets.
