About the Position: The incumbent will serve as a Human Resources Specialist with the Manpower and Personnel Directorate-Civilian Personnel Division in Miami, Florida.

Duties

Provide guidance to personnel regarding specialized aspects of civilian personnel programs. Coordinate with leadership regarding program planning to increase organizational efficiency and effectiveness. Determine candidate eligibility for specific training to ensure funding and open availability. Provide technical support to organizational managers pertaining to performance management computerized systems. Serve as a liaison to the civilian human resources servicing center and the various support activities.

Requirements

• Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
• Must be able to obtain and/or maintain a secret security clearance.
• Recruitment/Relocation/Retention Incentive may be authorized.
• Occasional Temporary Duty Travel (TDY) away from home station.
