Qualifications
Candidates must meet the Qualifications Standards Handbook requirements for the NF-301-7.
NF-7: Candidates must possess at least one year of specialized experience, equivalent in responsibility to the federal NF-5 level, providing key support for these activities by performing a full range of organizational support functions for several major gift development officers, including managing projects and carrying logistics for major gifts-related programs.
NF-9: Candidates must possess at least one year of specialized experience, equivalent in responsibility to the federal NF-7 level, providing key support for these activities by performing a full range of organizational support functions for several major gift development officers, including managing projects and carrying logistics for major gifts-related programs.

Analytical and evaluative ability sufficient to manage portfolios of major gift officers and coordinate portfolio meetings; oversee art gift tracking and related correspondence for the development office; and maintain all art-gift related information such as tracking acknowledgments and valuation of gifts.
Familiarity with Development Office goals, principles, and practices.
Familiarity with Gallery history, collections, personnel, and procedures and with Gallery donors and donor groups.
