You will serve as a BUSINESS OPERATIONS COORDINATOR in the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division of NAVAIRWARCENADLKE.

Duties

You will apply fact-finding analytical and problem solving methods and techniques to identify interrelated division problems, draw conclusions and recommend appropriate action of solutions to improve division efficiency and effectiveness. You will apply a wide range of methods used to gather, analyze, and evaluate information concerning planning processes, draw conclusions, and recommend appropriate action. You will establish workflow methods and procedures, determine work to be accomplished and set work priorities. You will conduct methods of comparative study, aimed at determining the effectiveness of a range of processes, systems and practices.

Requirements

  • Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

  • You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
  • This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Coordinating the day-to-day operations of the test division such as, facilitating the collection of workload tracking and execution into the workload tracking database and closely monitoring workload execution for all on going testing; Providing real time analysis of completion against a plan/budget and end of project projections; Monitoring time sensitive material to ensure deadlines are met; Continuously performing analyses of business processes to ensure that appropriate administrative and management systems, programs, procedures and internal controls are in place; Applying fact-finding, analytical and problem-solving methods and techniques to identify interrelated division problems, drawing conclusions and recommending appropriate action of solutions to improve division efficiency and effectiveness.
