About the Position: Serves as the Financial Manager in Real Estate Division for the Seattle District of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE). Responsible for the overall administration and direction of the budgets and accounting processes to include separate programs for the Division's activities and other customer programs.

Serve as the organization's technical financial expert.
Oversee and coordinate all financial activities of the division with the Chief and Deputy to execute and clarify consistent interpretation of directives, orders, special instructions.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- This position requires Financial Management Level 2 Certification within 24 months.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes conducting business and financial planning, formulating financial programs and budgets, conducting budget analyses and execution, performing cost estimating and related analyses, and advising on business and financial management of programs. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the second lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).
