This position serves as Management and Program Assistant for the Office of Airports (ARP) in the Regional Office in Northwest Mountain Region.

  • Security Requirement: Low Risk (1). This position requires completion and favorable adjudication of a background investigation prior to appointment.
  • Salary above includes 2023 Locality only and does not reflect 2024 pay/locality adjustments.

Qualifications

Specialized Experience:To qualify at the FV-E level, you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower level (FV-D/FG/GS-3-6) in the normal line of progression. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the position to be filled.Specialized experience includes: Experience in performance general administrative duties for an organization of professional/technical staff.Experience utilizing automated database and computer software tools, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, or PowerPoint.You should include relevant examples of the specialized experience in your work history. Errors or omissions may impact your rating or may result in you not being considered.To qualify at the FV-F level, you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower level (FV-E/FG/GS-7/8) in the normal line of progression.
