You will serve as a Training and Education Specialist in the U S MARINE FORCES CYBERSPACE COMMAND.
This is a temporary appointment not to exceed 1 year.
Duties
You will provide necessary contractual oversight of appropriate training contracts and engagements.
You will research, plan, write, review and recommend proposed training exercise scenario events.
You will review training plans and schedules of headquarters and subordinate units for approval and revision as necessary.
Requirements

- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

- Must possess a TOP SECRET/SCI security clearance and must obtain and maintain NSAbadging for NIPR/SIPR/NSANet accounts.
- Failure to meet any security requirements may result in the withdrawal of position offer or termination from the position.
- A Counterintelligence Polygraph is required and a non-disclosure agreement must be signed.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
- The incumbent may be required to perform occasional travel (25% or less) which may involve the use of commercial and/or government aircraft.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
- This position is not telework eligible.
Qualifications
Applicants must have directly applicable experience that demonstrates the possession of knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Qualifying experience may have been acquired in any public or private sector job, but will clearly demonstrate past experience in the application of the particular competencies or knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to successfully perform the duties of the position. Such experience is typically in or directly relates to the work of the position to be filled. Qualifying experience would be demonstrated by evaluating staff positions to determine necessary training requirements and establishing, developing, managing, and leading the execution of a command-training program.
