You will serve as a BOAT INVENTORY MANAGER in the Logistics and Training Readiness Directorate of Center for Security Forces of CENTER FOR SECURITY FORCES.

Duties

You will Influence others in acceptance of overall project objectives. You will advise senior leaders on the future operational environment as it impacts resource allocations. You will advise high-level managers on functional responsibility to define issues and problems that impact the organization. You will plan and schedule optimized organizational maintenance activity (OOMA) project goals, milestones, and deliverables. You will advise managers on the status of projects. You will coordinate and track strategic initiatives to ensure they are successful.

Requirements

  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:1) Establishes and maintains relationships with key individuals or groups to obtain information, find solutions, and accomplish goals with small boat life cycle maintenance; 2) Utilizes project management principles, methods and tools for developing, coordinating, monitoring, and managing projects and resources for boat maintenance; 3) Determines short or long term goals, set priorities, and monitor progress and evaluates outcome of the boat maintenance; 4) Identifies and analyzes problems with the boats, make timely and effective recommendations and conclusions; 5) Selects, acquires, stores, or distributes the organizations resources such as materials, equipment and inventory in the most efficient way possible.; and 6) Implements plans consistent with long term interests of the organization in a global environment that takes into consideration the environment, resources, capabilities, constraints and organizational goals and values for life cycle maintenance of the organizations boats.
