General Experience: Must have the following general experience in the following: Using of computers and automation systems Interpreting process and principles of management Developing, analyzing, and evaluating all administrative and technical issues Knowledge of modern management procedures and automated data systems as they relate to managing a complex, multidisciplinary operation and maintenance. Analyzing and interpret policies and the procedures Specialized Experience: Do you have 24 months of specialized experience in the following area(s): Analyzing and interpret policies and the procedures Presenting and discuss complex matters in a clear and convincing manner Communicating with people from various backgrounds and circumstances Knowledge of the National Guard organizational structures, functions, procedures, and techniques Knowledge of professional engineering and architectural concepts, principles and practices applicable to the full range of duties concerned with the planning, design, renovation, maintenance, and construction of such structures. Knowledge of planning, design, renovation, construction, and maintenance of utility systems and airfield facilities. Knowledge and skills sufficient to inspect construction and design of buildings and utilities. Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) as they pertain to selection of architectural/engineering and services field Knowledge of the National Guard organizational structures, functions, procedures, and techniques Experience in managing the function of work to be performed. Experience that includes leading, directing and assigning work of personnel.
