About the Position: Serve as Supervisory Program Analyst in the US Army Joint Counter small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-sUAS) Office (JCO).
Duties
Supervisory Program Analyst, with responsibility for directing the planning, coordination and execution of acquisition planning, operations and financial management functions for the Acquisition and Resourcing Division, JCO.
Formulate program management policies and procedures, and provides technical direction and assistance to supporting Services and installations.
Ensure the organization’s strategic plan, mission, vision and values are communicated to the team and integrated into the team's strategies, goals, objectives, work plans and work products and services.
Develop and implement performance metrics to ensure success of meeting the objectives and closing the gaps of the audit ready strategic initiatives, in coordination with all Joint stakeholders.
Establish operational goals that align with the JCO strategic objectives to ensure all subordinate personnel are results driven.
Represent the JCO or participates with the key stakeholders at meetings with high-level representatives from across the enterprise to develop plans and discuss matters affecting assigned responsibilities.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes developing services acquisition portfolio strategic plans; planning the execution of acquisition planning, operations and financial management functions; developing performance metrics to ensure success of meeting the objectives and closing the gaps of the audit ready strategic initiatives; presenting and defending positions on major policy issues. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-14).

Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-14).
