You will serve as a Senior Electronic Warfare/Signals Intelligence analyst and reporter for U.S. Marine Corps Forces Cyberspace Command (MARFORCYBER) J/G-2. This position is located in the
MARFORCYBER Intelligence Staff Section (J/G-2) in the Intelligence Operations Department, Intelligence Support Division (J/G-23/ISD).
Duties
You will be responsible for support services, training and education, and daily reporting tasks for the MARFORCYBER Intelligence Operations Department collection capabilities.
You will develop policy and guidelines for intelligence reporting, implement and execute procedures in support of intelligence reporting and any other duties as assigned.
You will work in developing, analyzing, evaluating, advising, coordinating, and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of command's intelligence reporting in support of planning and executing cyberspace operations.
You will work to improve work methods and procedures, organizational structure, civilian and military manpower utilization, and/or similar functions of management specifically related to intelligence reporting and production.
You will conduct liaison with higher and adjacent intelligence headquarters across the Department of Defense, joint and inter-agencies.
You will mentor and trains the Intelligence personnel regarding the performance of intelligence reporting and all other aspects of intelligence Processing Exploitation and Dissemination (PED) at MARFORCYBER.
You will conduct regular review of message traffic, intelligence information, data analysis, and from other
sources of information, identifies intelligence gaps develops reporting to cover these gaps.
Requirements

- You must obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance and access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI). Failure to do so may result in the withdrawal of an offer or removal. Indicate the level and date of your clearance in your resume.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or pass the test. You will be subject to random testing.
- You must acknowledge in writing that you are accepting an appointment in the DCIPS (excepted service) which does not confer competitive status, prior to appointment.
- Within the Department of Defense (DoD), the appointment of retired military members within 180 days immediately following retirement date to a civilian position is subject to the provisions of 5 United States Code 3326.

- This position requires a periodic polygraph examination.
- This position may require a two-year DCIPS trial period requirement.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- In order to obtain access to NSA, Ft. Meade, you must be able to obtain and maintain NSA/CSS clearance verification. This clearance verification involves, but is not limited to, investigation into foreign travel and foreign contacts.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS/GG-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Developing, analyzing, and advising on policy, procedure, and guidelines for SIGINT reporting;
Processing, exploiting, and disseminating (PED) Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) in support of cyberspace plans and operations;
Conducting regular review of message traffic, intelligence information, and data analysis;
Executing collection using appropriate collection strategies and within the priorities established through the collection management process;
Developing, scheduling, coordinating, monitoring, evaluating, and managing projects and resources, including technical performance.
