You will serve as a GG-13 Intelligence Specialist providing technical expertise and coordinating with others to develop doctrine, procedures, equipment, policy, planning, and integration of Cryptologic Warfare Activities across the U.S. Navy. You will support strategic and operational level planning across the full range of U.S. Navy and DoD operations for integrated operations. This position is located at US FLEET CYBER COMMAND in Fort Meade, Maryland.
Duties
You will provide technical expertise and coordinate with others to develop doctrine, procedures, equipment, policy, planning and integration of Cryptologic Warfare activities across the U.S. Navy.
You will apply new theories and development for operations across the breadth of FLTCYBERCOM mission areas that are not solved by the application of policies and procedures.
You will make decisions and commitments based on interpretation of Cryptologic Warfare policies, publications, and guidelines.
Requirements

- You must obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance and access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI). Failure to do so may result in the withdrawal of an offer or removal. Indicate the level and date of your clearance in your resume.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or pass the test. You will be subject to random testing.

- All Defense Intelligence positions under the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS) are in the excepted service by specific statute, 10 U.S.C. 1601. This position is in the excepted service and does not confer competitive status.
- This position requires a periodic polygraph examination.
- This position may require a two-year DCIPS trial period requirement.
- May be required to work other than normal duty hours, which may include evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
- May be required to travel CONUS/OCONUS in the performance of assigned tasks.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GG/GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Manage the use of databases and tools accessed by intelligence personnel to safeguard Sensitive Compartmented Information data and repositories;
Coordinate the development of doctrine, procedures, equipment, policy, planning, and integration of cryptologic warfare activities to fulfill organizational mission planning and execution requirements;
Guide personnel to understand the capabilities and support services of members of the Intelligence Community (IC) that can be utilized to achieve mission goals and objectives;
Use multiple types of intelligence and collection methods to retrieve data for metrics utilization and to develop briefs and reports to present to senior leadership.
