Duties
As a Customer Experience Strategist, you will:
Develop customer experience strategies, manages customer experience implementation while also applying human centered design practices.
Work with stakeholders across organizations, functions and levels to build customer understanding and solve challenging problems, empower teams to move forward by developing metrics, measuring results, and integrating new methodologies into existing systems.
Build understanding within Federal programs and services of who their customers are, the needs trying to be met and value the public seeks from Federal services, and the moments that matter most.
Qualifications
You must meet the following requirements within 30 days of the closing date of this announcement.
For the GS-13, you must have one (1) year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes:
Increasing internal stakeholder comprehension of and engagement with a programs customer base; AND
Gathering and analyzing data, including customer feedback and trend research, to develop reports and recommendations that support leadership decision-making; AND
Leading a team or project focused on developing strategies for improving customer experience (CX), including planning measurable outcomes.
Experience may have been gained in either the public, private sector or volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis. Time-in-Grade: In addition to the above requirements, you must meet the following time-in-grade requirement, if applicable:
For the GS-13 you must have been at the GS-12 level for 52 weeks.
Time After Competitive Appointment: Candidates who are current Federal employees serving on a non-temporary competitive appointment must have served at least three months in that appointment.
