Administrative support employee that is capable of supporting any and all technical programs associated with air traffic.
Duties
Manages the administrative aspects of all technical support programs, (Quality Assurance, Airspace & procedures, training, etc.) Provides management with advice and counsel on the operation of technical support systems for implementation, and planning purposes. Incumbent performs a variety of technical functions independently and ensures that all required content is reviewed and prepared in a prescribed timeframe.

Qualifications
To qualify for the position you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to FV-F or FG/GS-5-9 in the Federal Service. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. Specialized experience for this position includes: gathering data, identifying problems and applying analytical skills toward resolution of organizational issues or concerns. Preferred candidates will also document possession of experience using FAA systems such as CEDAR, Web Schedule, Staffing Workbook or FALCON.Qualifications must be met by the closing date of this vacancy announcement.Applicants should include examples of their specialized experience in their work history.Applicants may be asked to verify information on your application for employment with the FAA.

To qualify for this level, based on education, applicants must have successfully completed either a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree; or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree; or LL.M., if related. Such education must demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work. If qualifying based on education, or a combination of education and experience, you MUST submit a copy of your transcript(s) from an accredited college or university.
