The mission of the National Counterintelligence & Security Center is to lead and support the U.S. Government's counterintelligence (CI) and security activities critical to protecting our nation; provide CI outreach to U.S. private sector entities at risk of foreign intelligence penetration; and issue public warnings regarding intelligence threats to the U.S.
Duties
Lead an analytic production team utilizing quantitative methods and structured analytic tools and techniques to increase the sophistication of strategic counterintelligence assessments.
Plan and oversee the production of deliverables to include counterintelligence risk assessments, community damage assessments, and responses to White House and Congressional tasks on issues posed by foreign intelligence entities.
Develop a production and dissemination process, to include a production plan, coordination mechanisms, and repeatable dissemination methods.
Refine production priorities based on national counterintelligence priorities, policymaker interest, and senior NCSC leadership input into conceptualized products.
Identify analytic and collection gaps and recommend actions to address those gaps, including via NCSC-led community forums.
Brief senior IC members, policymakers, military decision makers, members of Congress, and other major stakeholders as necessary on issues related to the analytic portfolio.
Support the DNI representative to Deputies Committee (DC) and Principals Committee (PC) meetings on issues related to the analytic portfolio.
Build strong networks with IC counterparts and outside experts in industry and academia to help identify emerging techniques that could be incorporated into strategic analysis.
Lead a professional staff, assess performance, oversee goal setting, and provide feedback on personal and professional development. Interact with managers to ensure compliance and collaboration with policies which aides in developing the organizational culture.
Direct and oversee national intelligence issues related to the area of responsibility, set collection, analysis and Intelligence operations priorities that has an impact on IC, ODNI, directorates or components, or external partners.
Maintain effective working relationships with other ODNI and IC components and other government agencies to address issues that span multiple mission or program areas.

Desired Requirements
Previous counterintelligence experience and/or knowledge of IC organizations' counterintelligence components, mission posture, structure, capabilities, processes, and policies.
Previous intelligence mission management experience.
